I will come to you to revamp your post baby body. Pilates fused with intervals or long lean Barre body toning and posture work… with your pelvic floor in mind! I love kids, we will have them entertained too in your session if needed.
Long days at work? Or varying shifts?
Choose a time and location and I’ll put you through your paces! As an Athlete, strength and conditioning alongside the highest level of fitness are my personal goals which I extend in to your personalised sessions. Consistency is key, so I will devise an individualised exercise program for you to do in your own time or when you’re away.
Injuries to manage and work around while having an epic sweat session SAFELY? I’m a Physiotherapist, I’m your girl!
Where we live, Margaret River, Gracetown, Cowaramup, Yallingup and Dunsborough, is the most perfect outdoors training area. But, if the weather isn’t ideal (or you prefer to be indoors) I will come to your home.
Personal Training sessions can be claimed on your Health Fund for a rebate if you are covered for Physiotherapy services!

For 2 or more people, we can jam a mix of HIIT, agility, strength or Pilates-Barre fusion workouts specific to your body. Or, cater for the style and type of work out YOU desire… and love!
Let’s do what feels good for YOU and works for your body and/or injuries, under the care of a Physiotherapist, Pilates Instructor and Athlete.
We can venture outside, workout at home if there are bubs in tow or choose a location for your group to meet each week.
It’s Personal Training where you BYO FRIENDS… and maybe have that coffee catch up afterwards and bask in the post-workout euphoria!

FIT MUMS & BUBS: Barre Pilates Fusion
Getting back into exercise after a baby break or injury?
This Cowaramup class is specifically designed for post-baby Mums and beginner level Barre and Pilates work with your local Physio PLUS an optional crèche available. Focussing on:
- Toning the tummy & butt
- Clinical guidance for pelvic floor care
- Fitness & FUN
- Strength & stretching
- Time out for YOU, to take care of yourself and your mindset in a supportive environment
All this is under the guidance of an experienced Physiotherapist, Pilates & Barre Instructor with Women’s Health expertise… and I love kids. I can modify exercises to suit your needs.
The class is 55mins, $25 Casual visit with crèche included. Without the crèche, it is $20. Text 0403942519 to book your place and crèche spot for:

OR bring your baby carrier with you and workout with your teeny tiny tots like this! That will certainly up the anti! Babies and kids of all ages are very welcome to these classes.
Barre Attack Classes at Cowaramup
Long, lean lines. Toned, sweaty and strong.
High intensity, low impact strength classes to fast paced dance music.
I coined this “Pilates on Steroids”. Yes, it’s a tough one at times!
Maintaining postural alignment throughout both the leg work AND arm series is paramount, but doesn’t have to be perfect!
Your posture is YOUR journey.
As a Physiotherapist who LOVES healthy movement patterns, these classes will work your weaknesses. Especially your legs and butt! Be prepared to work and sweat, while having fun.
Founder and Creator of BARRE ATTACK is Bondi’s Renee Scott, who wrote What to Expect in a Barre Class – which is the female encounter of the experience, as opposed to a man’s witty (and very brave) writing I’ve shared further down.
Cowaramup Barre Attack Classes are held at Duggan Pavillon, as follows:
- Monday 12:30pm
- Thursday 11:30am (TBC September 2019)
BYO Socks for hygiene. Otherwise you may purchase Grip socks on the day.
BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL as places are limited at the barre with elastics and balls. The high tempo class goes for 45mins, and believe me when I say that is plenty long enough! The class costs $20.
Classes are run all year round. Due to increased demand, there is the option to secure your time each week, and pay upfront for the term, so you don’t miss out. This includes a discount for the block payment.
DISCOUNTED CLASS PASS: $180 for 10 classes, expires in 3 months.
Barre Attack classes can be arranged at your home or other venues as the barres used are portable. Please contact me to enquire about this so we can work with your schedule.
